Site Start!
Received a call from Romeo Homes this morning to say that our site scrape is booked for 21st April!!!! It was booked for next Monday but they want to let the site dry out a bit after the torrential downpour we received last night. They also said that the house will be set out and fencing delivered on 27th April.
That's next Thursday!!!!!!! I will still believe it when I see it, but it is only 9 sleeps away!!!!

Janine, we went out to the house tonight and one of our front pegs is gone it was there the other week and now gone :( the other 3 are there, the right front one that is still there has our numbers on it but the back 2 dont have anything on them? is this right?? and should the front peg that is missing have our numbers on it? Do yours Janine??
The front ones should have your lot numbers on them not the back ones though, you need to measure from the peg you have at the front the width of your block to find it. It's unlikely that it's gone because they are pretty big depth wise. Our back ones were buried and we took a mattock down and measured the distance from the far side of the adjoining block peg to find where it is.
I am sure you will find it Tash it's probably been covered by soil. Let me know how you go! You don't want to have to pay for another survey!
Thanks Janine, i thought the front needed the numbers, i have spoken to my Csc this morning and she said that she think 3 pegs might be enough i would have thought this aswell as they should be able to work off the other ones, she is goingt to check, so fingers and toes are crossed that this is correct, i will let you know!!
