We have now moved out to begin the front garden, so far we have purchased the pavers that will be our garden bed borders and Raymond & Aaron have been busy digging the trenches ready for footings.

In the meantime our back lawn has grown heaps and had its first haircut last Sunday.

Waiting on the front transformation....are we over the MUD!!! So much rain.
We are going to have a fairly traditional garden Linnie, to suit the character of the house, the lovely Debra took me plant shopping last week and I have bought a great dwarf weeping Japanese maple to go in the bed in front of the verandah wall, surrounded by spreading gardenias.
I will be buying standard roses when the bare rooted stock comes in in June.
Regarding your comment on Chick Lit Central's mail post...books are free for limited periods of time. I may get them free on a certain day but then they charge again after that. I can't guarantee they'll be free the whole week. We post on our Facebook group wall whenever deals go up. Thanks!
