November 2009 - I was thinking - decide to look at display homes

December 2009 - Decide on Jamieson by Premier Homes

February 2010 - Purchase land at The Avenue at Casey

Sign with Premier Homes to build The Jamieson

June 2010 - Receive first draft plans and specifications

November 2010 - Finally, some action on our stage, gutters & paths commenced.

December 2010 - Land finally settles

8th February 2011 - Developer Approval received. Final costing on house received.

22nd February 2011 - contracts signed, plans & specifications signed off.

15th March 2011 Building Permit issued

7th April 2011 Notice of Commencement received

19th April 2011 - Site Scrape & Taps installed

29th April 2011 - House set out

3rd May 2011 - Pipes and plumbing

7th May 2011 - Slab

12th May 2011 - Builders Fence

22nd May 2011 - Frame marked out on slab

1st June 2011 - Frame commences

7th June 2011 - Outside frame finished

12th June 2011 - Bricks delivered

17th June 2011 - Windows delivered

19th June 2011 - Windows installed

24th June 2011 - Brickwork begins

28th June 2011 - Brickwork demolished

29th June 2011 - Garage begins again

1st July 2011 - New Garage Brickwork finished, bedroom window frame completed

7th July 2011 - Garage Roof Trusses installed, bedroom windows installed

9th July 2011 - Guttering completed

14th July 2011 - Roof tiling commenced

22nd July 2011 - Roof tiling finished, brickwork recommenced

4th August 2011 - Brickwork concluded

8th August2011 - Verandah, fretwork, finials, cavity sliders

18th August2011 - Ducted Vacuum rough-in, verandah tiled 29th August 2011 - Rectification work completed from building inspection report.

1st September 2011 - Plastering begins

6th September 2011 - Cornices

8th September 2011 - Brickwork cleaned & Solar Panel installed on roof

20th September 2011 - Fire-streak timber floor laid

23rd September 2011 - Kitchen, Bathroom & Ensuite cabinets installed

29th September 2011 - Fix carpenters in, skirting boards & architraves. Fireplace delivered

6th October 2011 - Architraves, skirting boards, picture rails and fireplace installed.

14th October 2011 - Painting commences

1st November 2011 - Tiling commences

7th November 2011 - Tiling completed & door furniture installed

14th November 2011 - Electrical fitoff complete, Garage doors installed

15th November 2011 - Heating/Cooling installation

24th November 2011 - Timber floors sanded and polished, shower screens, mirrors and tapware completed.

1st December 2011 - Practical completion inspection.

16th December 2011 - Handover

20th December 2011 - Moved in

4th January 2012 - Bob cat work and removal of old soil in back yard

6th January 2012 - Driveway, front path, back path laid
